1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return **unopened and unused** items within **14 days** of receiving your order, in accordance with the **Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013**.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in its original, unopened packaging
- Be unused and in resaleable condition
- Be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene reasons, we **cannot accept returns** on the following:
- Opened or used press-on nail sets
- Custom or made-to-order nail sets
- Adhesive tabs or glue that have been opened

3. How to Request a Return
To request a return:
1. Email us at Thenailsiren25@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will confirm if your item is eligible and provide return instructions
3. Return the item to us at the address provided
4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome
**Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer**, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within **7–10 working days**.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If the item was part of a promotion or discount, the refund will reflect the discounted amount

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery. Include photos if possible. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including postage.
