All orders are processed within **2 business days** (excluding weekends and bank holidays).  
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Please note:
- Custom or made-to-order nail sets may require additional processing time (usually 2 days).
- During peak times (e.g. holidays or sales), processing times may be extended slightly.

While we do our best to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
